Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it.  It must also be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to let you know that we have received the returned item. If approved, your refund is then processed and your credit card initial credit or means of payment is automatically credited  within a few days.

TRADES :

We only replace cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_items that were originally defective or damaged.

The shipping costs associated with returning your item are your responsibility. They are not refundable. 

Colissimo delivery in 2 to 4 working days after order.

An email will be sent to you as soon as it is sent  of your package. 

Delivery to all post offices in France , for this, simply indicate your postal code of your city  and choose the one of your choice. 

• Warning, hot liquids or food can burn: use the product with care
• Do not put in the dishwasher, microwave, traditional oven or freezer
• Do not exceed the filling capacity

• Cleaned before each use
• Clean with warm soapy water 
• Stored with the container open
• Dry upside down
• Correctly and completely close the cap / cover to ensure the product is watertight
